Ownership and Original Designs
All jewelry pieces and their original designs are the exclusive property of the website owner. Only the owner is authorized to sell them at the original prices set by them.
Any resale or reproduction of these products is considered plagiarism. The website owners are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of items purchased from unauthorized sources.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary according to the details stated for each product and order. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives later than expected, you may contact the website owner via WhatsApp (see contact details at the bottom of the main page) and receive a 10% discount on your next purchase.

Right to Refuse Service
The owner reserves the right to refuse service or cooperation with any client or company at their sole discretion. No claims or legal actions can be made against the owner for such a decision.
If an order is cancelled by the owner, all payments made by the client will be refunded within 60 business days.

Returns and Refunds
If a client is not satisfied with a received product, they must return it in its original and undamaged condition and at the 30 business days period after the delivery. Proof of its condition must be provided.
A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be processed within 90 business days, via bank transfer, minus any applicable transfer fees.
